About PayZapp

PayZapp is a payment app from HDFC Bank that makes it easy to recharge and bill payments. Its unique feature is its PayZapp card, which is an online wallet system.
It enables you to make digital payments for various online and offline services without using your credit card or banking accounts.
It also has integrated UPI so you can easily transfer money from bank to bank instantly, which is free of cost.

Why the Redesign?

Although PayZapp has many features and can do most things well, I’m a frequent user of this app but there are many shortcomings experienced while using this app.
The user interface is not so great and it looks like the app was not updated for a while.
User flows are unnecessarily long.

What People are saying

So I took the challenge to redesign it and make it better based on user reviews and my experience.
